I am not a doctor. But I suggest you move your body.

You may think that exercising has nothing to do with developing a personal website. But your personal website depends on you. If you are not healthy, your personal website will suffer too.

You have to move your body. Do not be lazy.

You can dance while listening to your favorite music for 30 minutes—I do this when I am alone. You can take a long walk. You can buy groceries on foot instead of using a vehicle.

When I lived in a boarding house, I walked to church weekly. I walked for one mile. If I could get breakfast and the day was not hot, I went back by walking too. Otherwise, I took public transportation and walked for around 0.06 miles.

I also visited the mall on foot. The distance between the two is similar, around 1 mile. In the end, I walked for 2 miles. I love being healthy.

I often see fat people using cars. Then, they walk a bit and sit down in a restaurant. In rare instances, I see people with obesity. This is not good. They sit down while looking at their phone. Once, I saw three fat women. They were probably around 176 pounds. "They eat a lot of food, and I hope they move a lot too," I said to myself.

Anyway, you must be active. If you are a young person, do physical activities. You can go to the gym or just exercise at home. You can do push-ups. If you are an older person (above 60 years old), do simple physical activities. If you can walk on a flat surface, do that. If you can wash your dishes, wash them. Do not let your children spoil you.

I suggest that as long as you can still walk, walk. Do not use a wheelchair the whole time. Walk whenever possible.

Be active. A healthy body will tremendously help you in all aspects of your life, including developing your personal website.
