Your Users' Connection May Matter
Accessibility
Not all users trust their Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Your users may use different ways to connect to the internet and to your website.
Disallowing a Tor connection prevents your users from accessing your website with anonymity. Some internet users need to be anonymous, so they use a Tor connection to access the internet. Allow them to access your website through a Tor connection if possible.
VPN users also exist. Allowing VPN users is another way to increase your website's accessibility.
If your main users are people who use non-mainstream connections, allow them to access your website through different connections.
